Inventory Budget Specialist Qualifications required

»Associate degree in Accounting or a related field, required

» 1 year of Accounting practice required; 2 years preferred

»Proficiency in Excel, including practice with formulas, IF formulas, charts, VLOOKUPs, and pivot tables

»Strong attention to detail and organizational expertise

»Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

»Effective communication and collaboration expertise to work within a team environment

Inventory Budget Specialist Key Responsibilities:

»Maintain and monitor inventory records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budget constraints

»Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets, providing analysis and insights to support decision-making

»Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather significant data and insights for budget planning and inventory management

»Utilize Excel and other tools to create reports and summaries of inventory data and budget performance

»Analyze financial information to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions

»Assist in month-end and year-end financial closings related to inventory and budgets
