Villa Roma Resort is in need of a Timeshare Administrative Assistant.
Summery
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Must possess the ability to effectively communicate via phone and email, ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others.
Qualifications
To perform in this position successfully, an individual mus be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and abilities required.
- Basic office and accounting skills
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
