Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic General Manager to lead our team and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who ensures smooth operation, excellent customer service, and high standards in safety and cleanliness. This role will include managing staff, coordinating events, and driving business development.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of staff, including play supervisors, receptionists, and cleaning personnel.
- Develop and execute strategies to meet revenue and attendance goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate special events, birthday parties, and other group bookings.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, attendance, and revenue.
- Must work weekends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience, preferably in a family entertainment, hospitality, or similar setting.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage budgets and drive revenue.
- Understanding of safety standards, especially in environments with children.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
