Bilingual HR Coordinator (English/Spanish) - Home Care

We are looking for a Bilingual HR Coordinator (English/Spanish) who shares that mission. In this role, you’ll be more than just “HR”, you’ll be a trusted partner to our caregivers, guiding them through their journey with us and ensuring they feel valued and supported every step of the way.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome new hires and make sure their onboarding is smooth, complete, and positive
- Keep caregiver records up-to-date and compliant, including medicals, I-9s, and in-service training
- Support caregivers with ID badges, job letters, employment verifications, and documentation needs
- Enter and maintain records in the Home Care Registry and HHA Exchange
- Collaborate with the HR Director on HR projects and ensure compliance across the agency
- Help maintain a positive, safe, and professional environment where caregivers feel appreciated
What We’re Looking For
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- At least 1 year of HR experience in a home care setting
- Familiarity with HHA Exchange software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Compassionate communicator who is approachable, responsive, and dependable
- Prior experience in healthcare or as a records clerk a plus
