What You’ll Do

• Operate Class B roll-off trucks ( Must NOT have Restriction: NO MANUAL TRANSMISSION )

• Safely haul loads to local job sites— no overnights or long hauls

• Perform daily inspections and keep your truck clean and well-maintained

• Secure loads and follow DOT and company safety regulations

• Interact courteously and professionally with customers and crew

• Work consistent hours with optional Saturday availability

What You Need

• Valid Class B CDL (Must be able to legally drive a manual transmission)

• Clean driving record and ability to pass DOT physical & drug tests

• High school diploma or GED

• Dump truck or roll-off experience is a plus , but not required—we’ll train the right person

• Strong decision-making skills and a commitment to safety

Pay & Benefits

• $23–$30/hour , based on experience

• Paid vacation, holidays, and personal days

• PTO accrued annually (in line with NYS regulations)

• Healthcare : 50% of individual plan covered after 45 days

• IRA with up to 3% company match

• Company-paid uniforms after 90 days
