Associate Secondaries
Duties: Work closely with senior team members in originating and executing global secondary advisory mandates across private equity, infrastructure, and debt, using core technical knowledge and analytical experience with building financial models and driving secondary transaction valuation assessments with data science, regression and multivariate data analysis, and macro and microeconomic trends. Lead the execution of engagements with a high degree of involvement in marketing, managing the transaction process, negotiating legal documentation, and building financial models. Provide strategic advice on transaction structure and top-down portfolio construction. Prepare marketing materials and process documentation. Build and maintain dynamic valuation models. Oversee the execution process, including managing client information and buyer Q&A. Support the origination of mandates through preparation of marketing materials, including responses to requests for proposal, deal flow generation pitches, and presentations at client meetings. Requirements: Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in finance, business, mathematics, or a related quantitative field. Required knowledge and experience with skills and technologies within the Private Capital Advisory space may be acquired through a university academic program.
