Primary Care Physician - Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Finger Lakes Region $285,000–$310,000 annually based on experience
The Opportunity
You'll provide outpatient primary care across two community practices in New York's Finger Lakes region, splitting your time between Seneca Falls and Clyde. As part of a physician-led organization, you'll deliver continuity-focused Family Medicine or Internal Medicine to established patient populations in an outpatient-only setting with light shared call coverage.

Your Day-to-Day
- Deliver comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients in Seneca Falls and Clyde
- Manage a full panel including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute visits
- Share light phone call coverage with fellow health system physicians
- Collaborate within a physician-led organization committed to community-based medicine
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Medicine in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (required)
- Board certification or board eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
