OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE – BUSINESS HUNTER

Location: Albany, NY | Type: Full-Time | Salary: $50,000 – $80,000/year (Base + Commission)

Express Employment Professionals of Albany is hiring a Business Hunter to help us grow by connecting local companies with the talent they need. This is not a desk job. You'll be out in the field, building relationships, making cold calls, and driving results.

You’ll need reliable transportation – this is an outside sales role where face-to-face matters.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Cold call and visit local businesses to generate new opportunities
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers
• Partner with our internal recruiting team to fulfill client needs
• Strategically track, follow up, and close deals
• Stay informed about market trends and business needs in your territory
