Accounting/Billing
Kenmore. Accounting/Billing. Innovative Integrated Solutions, LLC. Part Time (20+ hours).
We are seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk with a strong focus on billing. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with numbers, communicates clearly, and can manage billing tasks with accuracy and consistency. The schedule is approximately 20 hours per week with some flexibility.
Responsibilities
a) Prepare, review, and process customer invoices b) Verify billing data, pricing, and supporting documentation c) Maintain accurate billing files and digital records d) Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices or account balances e) Record customer payments and update accounts f) Assist with monitoring outstanding invoices and following up on past due accounts g) Generate aging reports and escalate issues when needed h) Support month end tasks such as reconciliations and reporting i) Perform general accounting data entry and clerical tasksQualifications
a) High school diploma required; associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred b) 13 years of experience in billing, accounting, or administrative finance roles c) Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, ERP systems, etc.) d) Strong attention to detail and accuracy e) Good communication and customer service skills f) Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part time scheduleSkills & Attributes
