  As a bartender, it will be your mission at Castell Rooftop Lounge to create exceptional dining experiences for all guests to keep them coming back. In addition, you'll operate the bar to ensure that beverages are prepared and served in a way that creates brand promoters. You'll also be a part of and contribute to our positive work culture. We are seeking a part time bartender with potential to go full time. Weekends and Brunch availability are a must.

What we're looking for:

• Strong beverage knowledge (spirits, wine regions, varietals, flavor profiles)
• Passion for drinks, food and service
• Understands restaurant operations and services
• Team player; you have your team's back, and they have yours
• Ability to learn quickly & be flexible
• A good sense of humor
• Must be at least 18 years old
