FleetPride is hiring an experienced Service Manager to lead operations at our Portville service center. This role oversees technicians, workflow, customer service, and shop performance while ensuring high-quality repairs and strong customer relationships.
What You'll Do:
- Manage daily shop operations and technician workflow.
- Oversee work orders, estimates, and invoicing.
- Deliver excellent customer service.
- Manage P&L performance, productivity, and shop efficiency.
- Coach and develop service team members.
- Maintain relationships with vendors and customers.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience managing heavy-duty truck or trailer service operations.
- Strong leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage shop productivity and financial performance.
- Computer skills and experience with service systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced repair environment.
