We are a brand embarking on a very exciting plan and we are seeking new members of the team who want to contribute to this.

It’s never been a more exciting time to consider an opportunity within our footwear and accessories team. A specialised growth category for the brand, we are focused on building strong partnerships with the world's leading fashion businesses allowing us to reach millions of more customers every day.

We have aggressive growth plans for footwear and accessories and we're now looking for a sales coordinator who will support the sales team in delivering these plans with our North America wholesale customers. Focused on end to end order management, tracking of wholesale inventory, and timely commercial analysis, this is a great opportunity for someone to take their love of customer experience, product and numbers and continue their career path in one of our biggest growing categories.

  • Execute the full order entry process, ensuring data accuracy, and promptly send formal order confirmations to all partners.
  • Take full responsibility for the organization, tracking, and movement of all showroom samples, maintaining accurate inventory.
  • Own the entire end-to-end process for setting up new wholesale accounts, including collecting documentation, system setup, and liaising with the distribution center for compliance.
  • Maintain and manage the master orderbook, ensuring all data is current and accurate, and generate weekly shipping status reports.
  • Oversee and coordinate the shipping process for all confirmed orders, partnering with the distribution center to resolve delays.
  • Accurately compile detailed weekly sales and inventory figures by account into the standardized weekly trade document for business analysis.
  • Support the monitoring and analysis of weekly replenishment and dropship program performance, flagging anomalies and opportunities.
  • Lead the operational setup of new dropship partnerships/product launches and conduct regular live-on-site checks for accuracy of product imagery, copy, and pricing.

WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience working within a fast paced environment
  • Good analytical skills and very strong understanding of Excel
  • Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities
  • A team player that is willing to get involved with multiple tasks
  • Great interpersonal skills to ensure seamless cross functional working
