What we're looking for:
- Licensed New York real estate agent (or someone interested in getting their real estate license - we can help with that)
- Self-motivated, driven, organized, dependable, authentic, and energetic
- Willingness to work hard in a fast paced environment
- Great written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
- Service oriented attitude with a client first focus
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work productively within a team environment

Your responsibilities:
- Engage new buyers/sellers and cultivate those contacts into clients and/or rentals
- Guide our customers and clients throughout the end to end buying process
- Provide unbiased representation to our clients
- Manage clients directly through the deal flow with the assistance of an admin team

Salary:
- $75,000.00 - $200,000.00+ per year (earning potential)
Schedule:
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
