Bookkeeper
Are you a hardworking, career-minded individual that wants to grow within your company? We are hiring for a full-time Bookkeeper position in Newburgh! this job offer is temp-to-hire and has opportunities for advancement.Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am–4pm
Compensation: $25-$30 per hour
Bookkeeper Qualifications required
»Must have at least two years of practice working in a fast-paced accounting setting
»Strong organizational expertise
»Be personable while maintaining a business professional attitude
»Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
Bookkeeper tasks:
»Process Accounts Payable and Receivables; Profits and Losses for individual accounts as well as for the company as a whole
»Review the aging report and contact any clients that are past due on payment
»Track insurance reports for subcontractors and enter work orders in Excel
»Budget forecasting and bank reconciliation
»Other clerical and accounting tasks as assigned by management
