Duration: 8 Weeks

Pay Rate: $25 – $31 per hour

Schedule:

• Day Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• 8-hour shifts (5 days/week)
• Total: 40 hours per week

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Call Center Representative to support a healthcare facility by managing inbound and outbound patient communications. This role is essential in delivering a high-quality patient experience, assisting with appointment scheduling, addressing inquiries, and ensuring accurate and compliant handling of sensitive information.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner
• Assist patients with appointment scheduling and general inquiries
• Resolve concerns and complaints effectively
• Provide guidance on services and basic technical support
• Accurately document all interactions in the system
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Adhere to established policies, procedures, and compliance standards
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of call center or customer service experience in a healthcare setting (Required)
• Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment

Additional Requirements:

• Bilingual skills (as required by facility)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with call center systems
• Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities
