We’re working with a rapidly growing recruitment firm in New York that’s dialled in on the US tech market—and they’re looking for a driven, motivated Recruitment Consultant to join their high-performing team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on delivering results for existing clients and gets a buzz from winning new business . If you’ve got the hunger, hustle, and high standards, you’ll be seriously rewarded —not just financially, but with a clear path for growth and leadership.
What’s the role?
???? Working tech roles across a hot desk with loyal customers and roles ready to be filled
???? Delivering high-quality candidates quickly and consistently
???? Developing new business and growing your own client base
???? Balancing delivery and BD with a strong sense of ownership and urgency
We’re looking for someone who:
✅ Has experience in a 360 role (ideally tech)
✅ Has the confidence and resilience to make things happen
✅ Works hard, takes accountability, and isn’t afraid to push for more
