Expected Hours: 16 – 40 hours per week

We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with a commitment to excellence and a genuine passion for pediatric care to join our growing team throughout New York City’s five boroughs : Bronx, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized, skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in home settings

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Monitor, document, and communicate any changes in patient condition

• Operate and manage specialized medical equipment, including G-tubes, tracheostomies, and ventilators

• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to implement care plans

• Educate family members on care procedures and safety protocols

• Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation in compliance with agency standards

Qualifications:

• Current NYS LPN License (Required)

• Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience (Required)

• Pediatric nursing experience highly preferred

• Fluent in English – spoken and written

• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (Preferred)

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. (ITIN not accepted)

• BLS certification (Preferred)

• PALS certification (Preferred)
