Communication Assistant

Communication sits at the centre of everything we do—whether it’s shaping our brand voice, keeping stakeholders informed, or making sure campaigns land with impact. We’re looking for a Communications Assistant to join our team in New York City. This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who’s detail-oriented, eager to learn, and ready to gain hands-on experience in corporate and marketing communications.

The Role

You’ll work alongside the communications team to keep projects running smoothly and messages clear, consistent, and engaging. This isn’t a role where you’ll just sit back and observe—you’ll be drafting, organising, and supporting real communications that reach both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and edit content for newsletters, announcements, press releases, and social media.

• Assist with planning and delivering communication campaigns.

• Support media relations by tracking coverage and maintaining contact lists.

• Coordinate logistics for events, briefings, and communication rollouts.

• Help monitor engagement metrics and compile reports for the team.

• Ensure brand guidelines and tone of voice are followed across all channels.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong writing and editing skills with a clear, professional style.

• Solid organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks.

• Comfort working in a fast-paced office environment.

• A bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, PR, or a related field (preferred).

• Previous experience or an internship in communications, PR, or marketing is a plus, but not required.
