Job Overview: The Senior Copywriting Manager champions the crafting, curating, and refining of written communications tailored for healthcare professionals. As the communications leader, this role will leverage their deep healthcare industry knowledge and leverage advanced tools and methodologies to orchestrate compelling and accurate content across multiple channels. Essential Job Responsibilities: - Editorial Mastery: Write, review, and rigorously edit content, ensuring precision, coherence, and resonance with healthcare professionals.
- Content Strategy & Oversight: Define, deploy, and refine a content strategy that aligns with our overarching organizational goals and target audiences.
- Medical Integrity: Validate and ensure the impeccable accuracy of all health-related content, upholding the sanctity of medical information.
- Leveraging AI Tools: Use artificial intelligence tools for trend analysis, aiding in content ideation, strategy, and optimization.
- Complexity Simplification: Transform intricate medical jargon into easily digestible content without compromising its integrity.
- Holistic Communication: Ensure content engages diverse audiences, ranging from medical experts to administrative staff.
- Optimized Content Crafting: Produce and refine content that's not only meaningful but also primed for search engine visibility, ensuring it aligns with contemporary SEO guidelines.
- Research & Insights: Continuously harness modern research techniques to bolster content quality and relevance.
- Content Innovation: Stay abreast of evolving trends in medical science, content strategies, and digital publishing.
- Collaborative Synergy: Work closely with writers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure content quality, consistency, and strategic alignment.
- Project Leadership & Management: Oversee large-scale content projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timelines, quality, and objectives are met.
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related fields.
- Solid track record as a Copywriter and Content Editor within the healthcare domain, showcasing both strategic and hands-on content work.
- A compelling showcase of authored and edited pieces, underscoring depth, clarity, and precision.
- Profound knowledge of healthcare industry nuances, terminologies, and best practices.
- Robust understanding of SEO guidelines and their application in content crafting and editing.

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.

Compensation and Benefits: - Competitive Base salary of $80-120k
