About the role:

iCapital’s Product department includes multiple teams dedicated to creating an industry-leading platform that manages the full life cycle of alternative investments. The Product Management team works with multiple business stakeholders to identify and define priorities. The team works closely with the Platform Engineering and Product Design teams to scope and deliver enterprise-grade software and infrastructure solutions, that are built with quality, and information and data integrity.

• Learn, understand, and build solutions for the alternative investment industry.


• Represent the needs of our clients and users and collaborate cross-functionally to understand priorities.


• Collaborate with engineering teams to build, develop, and launch new features and products.


• Facilitate customer discovery to uncover client pain points and formulate a solution and implementation plan. 

Valued qualities and key skills :

• Possess a solid understanding of Agile development, object-oriented design, and programming languages


• Highly inquisitive, collaborative, and a creative problem solver


• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets


• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment


• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities


• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)


• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility:

• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program


• Must be available to work the duration of the program from June 7th through August 8th to be eligible


• Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship


• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $53 .00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
