Your New Role

As a Lead HVAC Installer based in Manhattan and the NYC boroughs, your responsibilities will include:

• Installing and starting up HVAC systems, including ductless mini splits, VRF systems, central air, and heating systems

• Ensuring all installations meet safety standards and local code requirements

• Communicating clearly and professionally with clients

• Overseeing job sites and mentoring junior team members

• Maintaining accurate records using ServiceTitan or similar software

• Minimum of 5 years of experience with central and ductless HVAC system installation

• Valid Universal EPA Certification

• OSHA 30 and SST Card (or willingness to obtain)

• F60/G60 Fire Guard certification (or ability to acquire)

• Capable of refrigerant recovery

• Ability to pressurize systems with nitrogen

• Proficient with vacuum pump and micron gauge

• Able to calculate additional refrigerant charge

• Skilled in running piping, brazing, flaring, and pressing

• Ductwork experience is a plus

• High school diploma or GED

• Valid driver's license

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
