A leading AmLaw 100 international law firm is seeking a talented mid-level Litigation Associate Attorney to join its sophisticated Finance & Restructuring Practice . This position offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes financial disputes, representing clients in complex matters involving commercial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation. The role provides exceptional exposure to cutting-edge financial issues while working alongside a highly regarded, nationally integrated team.
Candidate Profile
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school with an excellent academic record
- Active Bar Admission in the applicable jurisdiction , in good standing
- 3–5 years of substantive litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm
- Experience with financial services or restructuring-related litigation
- Demonstrated ability to manage all phases of complex litigation , including drafting legal documents , conducting discovery and depositions , preparing for trial , and participating in motions practice
- Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills, with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong communication and advocacy abilities, both written and oral
- Proven capacity to work collaboratively across offices and disciplines in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in financial , commercial , and restructuring-related litigation in federal and state courts and arbitration forums
- Manage all aspects of litigation , including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation
- Conduct sophisticated legal research and draft complex motions , briefs , and memoranda
- Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop and execute case strategy
- Provide clients with timely, practical, and strategic advice on litigation and risk management
- Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented culture focused on excellence and innovation

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Salary: Annual salary range of $180,000– $300,000 , as determined by experience and market factors
- Bonus Eligibility: Productivity-based and discretionary bonus opportunities
