While we provide training, we also need someone who is self-driven and eager to grow through their own initiative.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to provide general office support and assist the team with various administrative tasks. This role also involves supporting the CEO with daily activities. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with scheduling, tasks and special projects
- Help manage office supplies and inventory to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct data mining and create reports for the broker
- Assist with listing properties and updating property information
- Maintain and update the company CRM and ensure data accuracy
- Maintain and update office files, databases, and client information
- Prepare documents and assist with creating marketing materials
- Greet clients and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general office duties and support the team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
- Experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow, with the ability to learn independently
- Ability to think creatively and solve problems
- Prior office experience is a plus but not required
- Interest in real estate is a bonus
- Bachelor's Preferred
