• Actively cook and prepare food on the line—this is a hands-on cooking role, not a cashier/register-only position.
• Prepare and present menu items following recipe standards, plating guides, and food safety procedures.
• Greet and serve guests with warmth, energy, and genuine hospitality.
• Operate the Toast POS system accurately, processing orders and payments.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge to answer guest questions and confidently recommend menu items.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, including prep areas, service counters, and storage, in accordance with DOH standards.
• Monitor food temperatures and rotate products using FIFO and grab-and-go labeling procedures.
• Restock ingredients and retail items throughout the shift to ensure uninterrupted service.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen, kiosk, and floor teams to provide smooth and efficient service.
• Follow all cash-handling, tip-pooling, and loss-prevention procedures.
• Support other kiosks as needed during peak business periods.

• Prior cooking or line cook experience required. This position prepares and cooks food while serving guests—it is not solely a cashier/register position.
• Passion for food and hospitality.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining accuracy and a positive attitude.
• Basic English communication skills.
• Working knowledge of DOH (Department of Health) food safety standards.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

• Ability to take direction, work collaboratively, and remain calm under pressure.
• Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and organization.
• Ability to safely use knives and other sharp, heavy, or potentially hazardous equipment.
• Ability to perform cutting tasks on work surfaces 3–4 feet high.
• Proper use and handling of kitchen equipment, including slicers, ovens, stoves, grinders, mixers, and other commercial kitchen machinery.
• This position requires standing or walking for the majority of the shift, up to 8 hours.
• Regular exposure to hot and cold environments, including ovens, freezers (down to -32°F), and hot water.
• Must be aware of workplace hazards that may result in minor cuts or burns.
• Ability to multitask and move efficiently between simultaneous responsibilities.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. when necessary.
• Requires frequent grasping, writing, standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Requires manual dexterity to safely operate all required equipment.
