Social Media Content Creator
H&H Cantina | East Village, NYC
Position: Part-Time (Hybrid)Compensation: $500 per week + Performance Bonuses
H&H Cantina is looking for a creative, outgoing, and results-driven Social Media Content Creator & Community Manager to help grow our brand, increase reservations, and build an engaged online community.
This is primarily a remote position, with on-site work required on Fridays and Saturdays to capture live content during our busiest nights.
Schedule
• Remote: Content creation and account management throughout the week.
• On-site: Fridays & Saturdays for approximately 3 hours to capture photos and videos.
Responsibilities
• Create and publish daily content for Instagram:
◦ Feed posts
◦ Reels
◦ Stories
• Create and post at least one TikTok video each week.
• Capture high-quality photos and videos every Friday and Saturday.
• Edit engaging short-form videos that encourage customers to visit and make reservations.
• Plan and manage a monthly content calendar.
• Respond promptly to messages and comments on Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
• Reach out to local influencers and content creators to coordinate collaborations and restaurant visits.
• Work with management to promote special events, happy hour, brunch, live DJs, and seasonal promotions.
• Track content performance and recommend new ideas to increase engagement and reservations.
Qualifications
• Previous experience managing social media for restaurants, bars, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok trends.
• Experience with video editing apps such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Express, or similar.
• Excellent photography and smartphone videography skills.
• Creative, self-motivated, and organized.
• Must be available on Friday and Saturday evenings.
Compensation
• $500 per week
• +$150 Performance Bonus for content that generates measurable increases in reservations and sales (tracked through reservation links, promo codes, or other agreed-upon metrics).
• Additional bonus opportunities based on account growth, engagement, and successful marketing campaigns.
