As a talent acquisition expert and trusted advisor the Team Leader will drive team engagement, leading, coaching, developing and inspiring a team of Recruiters and Sourcers to find and deliver high calibre talent for our clients and an exceptional experience to our hiring managers and candidates.
Key Accountabilities
What you’ll be doing:
- Managing a team of Sourcers and Recruiters setting them up for success and enabling them to grow their careers
- Setting clear objectives and having regular quality conversations (weekly 121s) to discuss individual performance, development and wellbeing
- Talent champion – training, coaching & advising your team to build its technical and strategic capability. Ensuring development plans in place for each member of the team and discussed regularly
- Recognising and rewarding growth, promoting talent and addressing underperformance
- Supporting the team in ensuring understanding and application of effective recruitment techniques and the innovative use of available tools
- Subject matter expert, providing support to the team to develop bespoke, targeted sourcing plans and ensuring that they can bring insights driven solutions to recruitment challenges
- Responding to client escalations in a timely manner, supporting recruiters and sourcers to reach a successful conclusion to any escalations
- Maintaining accuracy in reporting and tracking to drive accountability, managing capacity & identifying areas of improvement and strong performance
- Tracking candidate status and requisition updates in relevant systems
Skills & Requirements
You’ll need to demonstrate:
- Proven experience leading and developing high‑performing teams within AMS
- Strong capability in using data and insight to optimise performance, inform decision‑making, and influence stakeholders
- Demonstrated expertise in both sourcing and end‑to‑end recruitment delivery
- Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies including Boolean search, web‑sourcing, networking, market mapping, and database search
- Experience coaching and mentoring team members across different stages of the recruitment lifecycle

- $101,275 - $133,285 USD, plus applicable benefits - Medical/Rx, Dental, Vision, Spending Accounts, Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, 401(k), Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Time, Paid Parental Leave, Performance Bonus
