Production Supervisor
- Work alongside the team in the production area; fill in for key positions on the line if needed.
- Supervise and coordinate daily production and packaging operations to meet production targets and quality standards.
- Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve optimal performance and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, Inventory) to plan proactively and address any issues promptly.
- Ensure efficiency and reduce waste.
- Proven experience leading teams as a Production Supervisor or similar role in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health & safety standards.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification (e.g., HACCP) and education is a plus.
