We are actively seeking a Part Time Nail Specialty Instructor to begin as soon as possible. This position will begin as Part Time, but does have the potential to become a Full Time position. The current Part Time position has a moreso set schedule of Monday, Wedneaday, Thursday 4PM-9PM. However, during training it may be required to come in for some additional hours to ensure quality of training. You will be responsible for the oversight of our Nail Specialty Program and the students enrolled in the program. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Teaching the New York State curriculum and its required 250 hours. Utilizing the Milady Standards curriculum for the theory portion of the program.

- Ensure all New York State, NACCAS, and Shear Ego International School Standards are followed at all times and are met.

- Thorough maintenance of all attendance and academics for each students and ensuring privacy of records in accordance with state and government regulations at all times.

- Active participation in each students education with a positive attitude and the willingness and desire to go the extra degree for them to ensure their success!

Qualifications:

- Completion of high school with a high school diploma or completion of the high school equivalency program (GED)

- A valid New York State Nail Specialty License with at least two years experience working under the full license OR a valid New York State Cosmetology License with at least five years experience working under the full license and five years proven experience working in the Nails section of our industry.

- Flexibility with scheduling if and when necessary.
