Job Summary The Workplace Hospitality Field Manager leads a team of hourly Front-of-House associates across multiple corporate client sites in NYC. This role ensures daily service excellence, staffing coverage, compliance, and strong operational execution across coffee and pantry programs. What You'll Do- Lead, coach, and support a team of Pantry Attendants, Pantry Captains, and Baristas across multiple accounts
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and performance check-ins across assigned accounts
- Oversee coffee equipment operations and preventative maintenance by coordinating service calls, installations, and equipment replacements
- Maintain high standards for hospitality, presentation, and client experience at each location
- Manage schedules and daily coverage, including callouts, PTO, and workforce planning
- Safety, food handling, and sanitation compliance (SOPs, audits, corrective action)
- Train new hires and reinforce service standards through ongoing coaching and retraining
- Approve payroll and ensure accurate timekeeping
- Track labor hours and submit weekly billing hours to support invoicing and reporting
- Partner with leadership and client stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and professionally
- Proven experience managing hourly service teams across multiple locations
- Strong leadership, accountability, and coaching skills
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in the field
- Confident communicator with a professional presence in corporate environments
- Flexible schedule and ability to pivot with client and operational needs
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification (preferred/required)
