Physical Therapist Medicare Part B In Home Care
Are you a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) looking for flexibility, independence, and the ability to create your own schedule? Do you want to provide high-quality therapy without the restrictions of home health (Part A)?
We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled PT to deliver one-on-one therapy to Medicare Part B and cash-paying patients in their homes. As an independent contractor, you have full control over your schedule, patient load, and work-life balance while being part of a growing, therapist-driven company.

What You’ll Need:
Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors in Physical Therapy
Active NY State PT License
CPR Certification
Passion for helping patients achieve their highest potential
Ability to travel within Brooklyn, NY, to see patients
Work Details:
- Job Type: Per diem, Independent Contractor
- Pay: Up to $60–$70/hr
- Location: Brooklyn, NY (travel required)
