Schultz Construction, Inc. is now accepting applications for Summer Interns to support our Estimating and Project Management teams. This is an excellent opportunity for students seeking academic credit or those looking to strengthen their skills through practical, on-the-job experience while earning competitive wages.

As a Construction/Estimating Intern, you will:

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and cost estimating
• Contact subcontractors and vendors for pricing
• Help develop RFIs and track M/DBE outreach
• Support project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks
• Learn about the pre-construction phase of large-scale heavy civil projects

Schultz is a leading heavy civil contractor headquartered in Saratoga County, NY. Our work includes water and wastewater treatment plants, deep underground utilities, pump stations, and full bridge replacements. We take pride in delivering challenging, meaningful infrastructure projects across the region.

What we’re looking for:

• Students actively enrolled in a Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related program
• Organized, motivated individuals able to work in a fast-paced, professional environment
• Availability to work part-time during the school semester (flexible scheduling available)

Travel to project sites within 1–2 hours of Albany may be required. A company vehicle will be provided for any business-related travel.

This internship is designed to be a potential steppingstone into a Project Engineer role for the right candidate.
