As a self-starter and exceptional people-person, you will collaborate with our team to elevate Ethan Allen Staffing's growth to new heights. We value a go-getter personality and are committed to providing you with the necessary training and resources for success.
The Staffing Support Specialist position offers a Monday-Friday schedule, with options of 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5:30pm. Compensation for this function is set at $21 per hour.

Staffing Support Specialist Qualifications required

»Minimum of 1 year of practice in administration, customer service, or retail (recruiting practice is a plus)

»Proficient in Microsoft Office and the Windows Operating System

»Bachelor's Degree preferred, but candidates with an Associate's Degree will be considered

»Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is advantageous

Staffing Support Specialist Responsibilities:

»Verify references and maintain an updated employee database

»Familiarize yourself with open positions and their requirements

»Assist in the recruitment of new candidates

»Conduct phone screenings to assess qualifications

»Manage our Applicant Tracking System

»Deliver exceptional customer service to candidates
