Dental Front Desk Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Dental Front Desk Administrator to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere is maintained at all times.
Your responsibilities will include the full front-end duties including Treatment Coordination, Billing, insurance (we are out of network), collections, scheduling, and handling patient communications with efficiency. You will also play a key role in maintaining patient records and supporting the dental team in delivering exceptional care.

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Compensation: $27 - $34 per hour, based on experience

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a dental front officerole.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficient with dental office software (we use Dentrix).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
