Role Overview

We are looking for a bilingual Social Media Manager who can independently manage content from planning to execution. This role requires strong taste, speed, and the ability to communicate directly with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars
• Create and design content (posts, stories, basic visuals)
• Manage publishing across platforms, primarily Instagram, with support on X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and Facebook
• Monitor performance and optimize content based on insights
• Communicate with clients clearly and professionally
• Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual direction

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of social media management experience
• Strong understanding of Instagram-first strategy, with familiarity in X and LinkedIn
• Solid design sense with hands-on ability (Canva, Adobe, Figma, etc.)
• Experience using social media management tools such as: Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Later, Buffer, Meta Business Suite
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Agency experience
• Familiarity with US and Asian markets
• Proven track record of growing social accounts or creating high-performing content
