Program Associate (Spanish Language)
STARTING AT $52,480, PURSUANT TO THE RULES OF THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT.
JOB SUMMARY:Under the supervision of the Director, the Program Associate (Spanish Language) isresponsible for organizing and delivery of CSEA WORK Institute grant programs andinitiatives as a grant funded position, the job responsibilities will vary according tofunder requirements.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:1. Organize and deliver CSEA WORK Institute grant programs.2. implement policies and procedures to ensure successful service delivery forprogram participants.3. Maintain intake, sign in and related forms to be used for grant program trackingand report submission.4. Maintain case records and other documentation to ensure program participantrecords are fully compliant with all grant requirements.5. Assist with all third-party contracting, including securing trainers and trainingspace.6. Conduct customer relations with membership including responding toinformational requests or referring members to appropriate resources.7. Process program invoicing and receipts as assigned.8. Assist in programmatic and fiscal data tracking and reporting as needed.9. Assist with the implementation and execution of all CSEA WORK Institute grantprograms and initiatives as needed, recognizing that work assignments andtasks will vary in response to meeting the particular needs of program funder(s).10. Assist with program marketing, including design and translation to Spanish ofprogram flyers, applications, letters, etc. as needed.11. Assist with the implementation and execution of all CSEA WORK Institute grantprograms and initiatives as needed, recognizing that work assignments andtasks will vary in response to meeting the particular needs of program funder(s).12. Provide and produce program reports and program documentation as requested.13. Assist with all CSEA WORK Institute initiatives as needed.14. Register participants at workshops as needed.15. Staff CSEA events as needed.16. Other duties as assigned based on current or new deliverables to meetspecifications of grant(s).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree or Associate's Degree in Human Services, BusinessAdministration, Education or a related field and two years of experience in a relatedfield. Proficient computer skills (Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office including Word,Excel, Power Point, Publisher). Spanish language proficiency (oral and written).Successfully pass tests administered by the Human Resources Department.ORHigh School Diploma or equivalency and four (4) years experience in the businessfield, preferably in a related field and with proficiency in computer skills as statedabove. Spanish language proficiency (oral and written). Successfully pass testsadministered by the Human Resources Department.ORA satisfactory combination of education, training and experience as determined byCSEA.
