Senior Account Executive, Consumer

Fridays are remote. Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional client service and account/project management
- Facilitate and develop strategic plans/programs, including, but not limited to, press materials, media campaigns, and strategic partnerships
- Lead specific media efforts focused on fostering impactful editorial relationships and generating significant media coverage
- Demonstrate the ability to adeptly execute a full range of written materials, including client correspondence, press releases, media pitches, status reports, and more
- Oversee client projects (including events, launches, and media programs) from concept to execution—managing budgets, timelines, status updates, reporting, and junior staff, as needed
- Bring industry/category contacts to the table, where appropriate
- Communicate new and significant ideas to keep our clients relevant in the industry, from press pitches to contributing strategic thinking for campaigns
- Serve as client point-of-contact on assigned accounts, coordinating multiple projects
- Manage the work of AEs, AAEs, ACs, and interns
- BA/BS in public relations, journalism, business communications, or related field
- 4+ years’ agency experience in the financial, technology, real estate, and health and wellness industries
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with national, state, and local media with a proven track record in securing press coverage
- Already possessing established media contacts and relationships, while continuing to build new ones
- Ability to work well with team members and take direction in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive and detail-oriented
- Deliver work on time without sacrificing quality
- Creative professional with an energetic personality
