  • Be the Communication Hub: Ensure seamless coordination among all project stakeholders—owners, contractors, subcontractors, and more—by managing data, communications, approvals, and information exchange.
  • Master Document & Project Control: Implement and maintain document and project control systems, ensuring everything runs like a well-oiled machine.
  • Keep Projects on Track: Attend project meetings, document milestones, and keep everyone informed with up-to-date progress and status reports.
  • Champion Safety & Compliance: Review project plans and specs to ensure all contractor and subcontractor requirements are met, with a focus on safety, performance, staffing, and equipment.

  • Detail-Oriented & Organized: You thrive on managing complex processes with multiple moving parts, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Experienced & Educated: You have a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or similar; and 1-3 years of experience as a Project Engineer, Project Coordinator, or Junior Project Manager.

What’s In It for You?

  • Competitive Salary: Based on experience, plus bonus potential.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance options, paid time off, paid holidays, and a 401k plan with annual company contribution.
  • Security & Peace of Mind: Long- and short-term disability and life insurance packages.
