What You’ll Do

As a Senior Backend Engineer, you’ll take ownership of building and
optimizing the backend systems that power high-impact applications.
This is a hands-on, collaborative role focused on scalability,
performance, and clean, maintainable architecture. You'll contribute
to everything from designing infrastructure to mentoring teammates,
and you'll have the autonomy to shape critical backend components
from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

• Build Scalable Infrastructure: Architect and implement
  backend services with a focus on reliability, speed, and maintainability.

• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product
  managers, frontend developers, and other engineers to deliver
  seamless solutions.

• Improve and Optimize Systems: Dive into performance
  bottlenecks and improve system throughput and stability

• Code with Quality: Maintain high standards through
  thoughtful design, peer reviews, and test coverage.

• Security First: Build with security and compliance in
  mind, ensuring data integrity and system safety.

• Support Growth: Mentor junior engineers and contribute to
  a supportive and knowledge-sharing team culture.

  consulting (Infosys, Tata, Capgemini, Cognizant, Wipro, or

Requirements

What You Bring

• Experience: 4+ years working with backend systems in production environments.
  
• Languages: Proficiency in modern backend languages like Python, Node.js, or Java.
  
• Architecture: Experience designing microservices and working with RESTful APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud infrastructure like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  
• Problem-Solving: A bias for action and a track record of tackling complex systems and scaling challenges.
  
• Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate dynamic, collaborative environments.
  
• Bonus: Experience working at the intersection of human workflow and AI tooling is a plus.
