Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to unlock revenue within our existing customer base at a reputable promotional products company in the Capital Region. You will build strong relationships, identify upselling opportunities, and drive account growth. This is a great opportunity for individuals who thrive on building existing business with an interested in moving into Outside Sales to generate new business. We offer a competitive hourly base plus commission tied directly to your performance.

Additional Skills

What You'll Do:
-Grow Revenue: Nurture assigned accounts to maximize upselling, cross-selling, and dormant account re-engagement.
-Build Relationships: Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and video to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
-Manage Opportunities: Track all sales pipelines in our CRM, generate quotes, and oversee orders to completion.
-Collaborate Daily: Partner with outside sales, operations, and customer service to deliver seamless customer experiences.
-Hit Targets: Own and exceed your monthly and quarterly revenue growth goals.

What You Bring:
-3 to 5 years of inside sales or account management experience.
-Proven track record of expanding revenue within existing accounts.
-Sharp communication, negotiation, and virtual presentation skills.
-Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Microsoft 365.
-High self-motivation and a structured, organized workflow.
