Pizza Cook/ Line Cook
Decades is a pizzeria and small plates restaurant in Ridgewood, Queens.
We are looking for one full time line cook with weekend availability. Pizza experience is not required, but is a plus.
Expectations for the role are: food preparation for pizza and plates stations, working efficiently on the line, keeping a clean and organized station. Communicating with both back and front of house effectively.
-Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively as a team player is a must
-Must be able to follow recipes accurately
-Ability to multitask and handle criticism with a positive attitude
-Oven and dough knowledge and experience is a plus
-Good knife skills are a plus
-Knowledge of kitchen sanitation is required
-Open availability is a plus
-Punctual and reliable
