Comfort Advisors collaborate closely with installation and service teams to ensure every project is completed smoothly and to the highest standards, making a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the company's reputation for quality service.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to assess customers’ heating and cooling needs
• Present HVAC system options, services, and available financing solutions in a clear and professional manner
• Build strong, trusting relationships with customers and support them throughout the decision-making process
• Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales goals through effective consultative selling
• Coordinate with installation and service teams to ensure seamless project completion and customer satisfaction
• Stay up to date on industry trends, new technologies, and energy-efficient solutions to provide informed recommendations
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, proposals, and sales in the company’s CRM system

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of success in consultative or in-home sales (HVAC experience is a plus, but not required—comprehensive training provided)
• Excellent communication and consultative sales skills
• Experience in HVAC, construction, or home services is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to tailor solutions to customer needs
• Valid driver’s license
