Position Overview

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Freelance Graphic Designer to support our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling across multiple platforms. This role is project-based and remote, with the opportunity to collaborate regularly with our Marketing Coordinator and Thought Leadership Director. You'll help maintain brand consistency while bringing creative concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for trade show booths, banners, signage, and promotional materials.
• Create and update marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital assets.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs and platforms.
• Assist with digital design needs including website graphics, email layouts, digital ads, social media, online advertising and events.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to manage print orders, promotional items, and trade show materials.
• Ensure all files are properly archived and accessible for team use.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional design experience, preferably in a marketing or agency setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator & InDesign, with a willingness to learn new technologies or skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of print production processes and file preparation.
• Experience with branding and identity development.
• Is quick, reliable, and able to develop highly polished and professional work without the aid of a creative director and with minimal rounds of revisions needed.
• Can work autonomously, diving into background sources to familiarize themselves with the client's brand and voice and produce compelling, on-brand work with engaging and compelling visuals.
• Possesses excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
