Overview

We're looking for the most hustling, talented individuals to spend ten paid weeks with us at Fallon. Candidates must be located in New York or be willing to relocate for the summer. We prefer candidates who are eligible to be hired full-time when the program is over, though not required. A college degree is not required.

SOCIAL INTERNSHIP DESCRIPTION:

Social - The social crew at Fallon has their hands in all aspects of social. They build campaign and platform strategies, execute stunts and activations for content, and build always-on programs for consumer bases that support and care about brands. And they do this across the mediums that matter to consumers, including "traditional" social platforms, but also more broadly apps, websites, web3 integrations, and more. They listen to what consumers are saying and identify trends, brand advocates, and emerging platforms to inform advertising, engagement, and content strategy

Compensation Range: $20/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
