HVAC Technician
Are you a seasoned HVAC technician looking for a steady 8-to-4 schedule with premium pay and zero NYC traffic? We are looking for an experienced, customer-focused HVAC Technician to join our team, covering Nassau and parts of Western Suffolk County.
If you have at least 5 years of experience and take pride in high-quality residential work, we want to hear from you. The Compensation & Perks- Pay Range: $40.00 – $50.00 per hour (based on experience).

- Gear: Company van provided for all on-the-job travel.
- Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
- Availability: Occasional Saturdays required.

education: High School Responsibilities What You’ll Do
- Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of residential HVAC systems.
- Work heavily with Central AC, Split Systems, and Condensers/Outdoor Units.
- Provide top-tier customer service; you are the face of the company in our clients' homes.
- Travel throughout Nassau County and select areas of Suffolk County (No NYC routes!).
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as an HVAC Technician.
- Technical Skills: Expert knowledge of residential AC systems and split systems is a must.
- Bonus Skills: Experience with Boilers and Hydronics is a major plus but not required.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a clean, customer-first attitude.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (to operate the company van)
