We are seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to support purchasing and vendor coordination. This temporary role will assist with processing orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication with internal teams and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and process purchase orders
- Communicate with vendors and track deliveries
- Maintain procurement records and documentation
- Assist with invoice matching and payment follow-up
- Support inventory tracking and reporting
Qualifications:
- Previous procurement or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
