ITS Engineer

Your impact

• Assist with the development of communications system designs to meet the functional requirements of the project.

• Assist with the development of ITS System Architectures.

• Assist with the development of ITS plans, specifications and estimates. 

• Work with teams of multi-disciplinary civil and electrical engineers to develop projects.

• Provide comments for shop drawing review.

• Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll need

• Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical or Computer Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution.

• Minimum 5 years related experience in ITS and traffic engineering.

• Engineering in Training (E.I.T) or the ability to obtain the E.I.T is a plus.

• Experience with Visio and Microsoft Office.

• Experience with MicroStation CADD.

• Understanding of power distribution and low voltage systems.

• Valid Driver’s license.

• Must have strong oral and written communications skills

• Design/Build experience is a plus.

The base salary range for this position is $98,000.00 to $110,000.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
