We're seeking a YouTube and video enthusiast to join the YouTube team, to contribute to the management and optimization involved in publishing great content, collaborate on experimenting with and developing new video concepts, and ascertain how to leverage AI to enhance content output and internal efficiency. What we are looking for in you- Someone who's more than just a casual YouTube viewer. They need to understand YouTube's language, trends, and culture.
- Have a foundation or strong interest in video production.
- A balance of creative and analytical thinking.
- Excited to bring new ideas to the table without prompting.
- In the process of receiving a Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Have a minimum of one quarter/semester remaining in university studies after the internship concludes. Graduation date in Fall 2026 or Spring 2027
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Company sponsorship may be available for eligible candidates applying for certain roles.

MongoDB internships are full-time (40 hours/week) for 10 consecutive weeks lasting from dates in June until August. All interns are considered hybrid employees, designated the "in office" working model and are expected to be in their office location 3-5 days a week.

Compensation at the time of offer is unique to each candidate and based on a variety of factors such as skill set, experience, qualifications, and work location. Salary is one part of MongoDB's total compensation and benefits package.
