ASSISTANT COACH — Pitch Gladiators Soccer Academy Independent Contractor (1099) | Port Chester, NY |
Pitch Gladiators Soccer Academy is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Coach to support our youth development program serving players ages 5–15 across the in NY & CT (Port Chester/Rye Brook & Stamford) area. We believe good players develop through the game, not just through drills.
What You'll Do
- Support Lead Coaches during training sessions and events
- Engage directly with players to build confidence and technical habits
- Help maintain a safe, fun, and structured environment
- Grow your coaching skills within a supportive academy culture
What We're Looking For
- U.S. Soccer Grassroots license or currently pursuing one
- A genuine passion for youth development
- Reliable, coachable, and a team-first attitude
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
- Safesport certification or currently comlpleting
Compensation This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Compensation is negotiable. Volunteer positions are also available for those looking to gain hands-on experience.
