NATURE OF tasks: T his position involves the preparation of meals, soups, baked goods, and other foods. Supervision, oversight and participation in proper cleaning of equipment & tools, storage and dining areas. Prepares & stores food for delivery to other sites. Directs work of helpers in a professional manner and coordinates preparation of meals in a timely fashion. Record keeping and assistance in ordering of food & supplies.
