ABA Behavior Technician Position
The Lighthouse Childrens Home invites applications for a dedicated ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) Behavior Technician. This role is perfect for individuals committed to the behavioral success of young girls who have faced challenges and are in need of structured behavioral interventions. As an ABA Behavior Technician, you will implement targeted behavior improvement protocols and provide necessary support under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This position plays a pivotal role in our mission to guide our girls towards healthier and productive futures by fostering an environment conducive to learning, growth, and emotional healing.
